Freddie is an accomplished martial artist & MMA fighter with 8+ years experience. His 100lb weight loss journey fuels his passion. With expertise and a motivational approach, Freddie inspires discipline, respect, and perseverance. Freddie guides clients to achieve fitness, weight loss, and self-defense skills through personal training and classes.

Karan, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu brown belt and MMA fighter, has trained and competed across Canada and the United States. His martial arts journey spans multiple disciplines, blending both grappling and striking techniques. Along the way, he has achieved a personal transformation, shedding over 100 pounds.

Rob is a professional MMA fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt. Achieving championship titles in MMA at both 170 & 185 pounds, Rob is experienced in all aspects of striking, grappling.

Adam is a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu with over 10 years of experience in BJJ. Before finding his love for BJJ, Adam was a professional muay-thai fighter. With over 30 kickboxing and thai fights as well as months of experience training in Thailand, Adam has made martial arts a central part of his life.

Coach Kieran is a highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, with a strong background in no-gi. Kieran began his martial arts journey at a young age, inspired by UFC legend George Saint Pierre.
Kieran has established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the BJJ community, training with the best in the world and boasting a strong competition record.

Matt has over 14 years of wrestling experience competing in Freestyle and Greco Roman events. An alumni of Western’s Varsity Wrestling team, Matt has since moved on to coach highschool freestyle wrestling and teach a more martial arts centric wrestling style opposed to the traditional sporting style of wrestling.

Vince, a two-time kickboxing champion, has devoted most of his life to martial arts. A seasoned blue belt in BJJ, strong boxer, and champion kickboxer, Vince is ready to guide all students of our Youth MMA program.

Megan
Megan is an experienced yoga instructor dedicated to helping students cultivate physical, mental, and emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin yoga, Megan's teaching style blends elements of all three to create a unique and transformative practice. Megan has honed her skills through extensive study and practice earning her 200-hour YTT designation.

Carmen
Carmen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, boasting a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification, plus an additional 140 hours of specialized instructor yoga training. With her extensive education and passion for yoga, Carmen is dedicated to helping students of all levels deepen their practice and achieve a greater sense of well-being.
